Let's work together
You're in the right place!
You're not alone. Living with ADHD can feel like a constant tug-of-war between your goals and impulsive decisions, especially when it comes to food and health.
But here’s the good news: you don’t have to keep cycling through guilt, frustration, and burnout.
At Balance and Bite we approach ADHD nutrition differently; looking beyond "what" you eat
Emotional and Disordered Eating
Inconsistent Motivation
Impulsive Eating and Binge Eating
Food Overwhelm and Mental Chaos
If focusing feels like trying to catch smoke, you’re in the right place. We work to simplify your nutrition plan and reduce the mental clutter.
Impulsivity can lead to moments of binge eating that spiral into guilt and shame. We tackle these patterns head-on, helping you develop mindful eating practices that break the cycle.
On fire one week, exhausted the next? We understand the peaks and valleys of ADHD motivation and build flexible plans that adapt with you.
ADHD can amplify emotional eating, leading to frustrating coping mechanisms, often evolving to eating disorders. We work together to identify triggers and implement healthier strategies.

From our very first meeting, Erin's lovely and kind demeanor made me feel at ease immediately. Her considerate and understanding approach, especially in catering to neurodivergent individuals like myself, has been truly exceptional.

Unbelievable! I cannot recommend this program enough. On the fence? Do it! Best investment I've ever made in my business.

The best 6 months of my life. Honestly. I've manage to find so much clarity and see so many results. Thanks Frankie, you're amazing.

Frankie is such an incredible mentor and this was such a valuable experience. I'm so pleased I did it. I love every part especially the retreat.
I absolutely love working with neurodivergent folks who have ADHD (and/or Autism). The unique food challenges that arise from ADHD, such as executive functioning, low interceptive awareness, impulsivity, sensory icks (and more), make everything from remembering to eat to preparing a quick and easy snack more complicated.
While I help my ADHD clients improve their nutrition with straightforward advice, I also work with them to create systems that work with your brain, not against it!

ADHD, or Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, fits under the neurodivergent umbrella and can affect a person’s ability to pay attention, manage impulsivity, and perform daily tasks. While some ADHDers have a busy mind constantly buzzing with ideas, others might struggle with organising their thoughts, staying on track, and managing time effectively.
Nutrition counselling provides personalised strategies to manage impulsive eating behaviours commonly seen in ADHD and binge eating disorder. Through tailored sessions, we explore your unique challenges, create sustainable eating habits, and integrate practical tools for emotional and physical well-being. It’s about building a relationship with food that supports your lifestyle and mental health.
Unlike restrictive, one-size-fits-all diet plans, my approach is rooted in intuitive eating and evidence-based strategies. We focus on creating balance without extreme measures, addressing not just the "what" but the "why" behind eating behaviours. My goal is to help you break free from all-or-nothing thinking and build long-term habits that work with ADHD, not against it.
