If youâve ever walked out of a dietitian appointment feeling judged, overwhelmed, or like youâve somehow âfailedâ at food? Youâre not alone. Iâve been on the other side of those conversations too, and they never sat right with me. In fact, in my final year of university, I was seriously questioning whether I could even be a dietitian if it meant contributing to diet culture. Then I stumbled across the HAES and Non-Diet Approach and everything clicked. I realised being a dietitian was exactly what I was meant to be (just not your typical dietitian). Since then, Iâve made it my mission to help people step out of the diet cycle, take away that overwhelming feeling around eating, repair their relationship with food and body, and actually enjoy eating again. No weight goals. No meal plans. No food rules.
Just a safe, supportive space to unlearn all the unhelpful messaging and find what truly works for you.

Outside of clinic, youâll usually find me in or near the ocean (saltwater is my therapy)
Outside of the clinic you'll find me on the hunt for the perfect cinnamon scroll.
In my opinion there's few things in life as satisfying as enjoying a good cup of coffee
