One of the most profound changes has been in managing my binge eating. Erin also helped me work through and debunk many of the restrictive 'rules' of eating that I had internalised over the years.

This is a done-with-you course, not a done for you course. While some Dietitians and Nutritionists run similar programs where you're told what to eat, this is different in that I'll give you general information about nutrition and you can implement it according to you tastes, lifestyle and preferences.
