You're still more than welcome to join. While we won't be going into any specific nutrition advice for allergies and intolerances, you can tailor the information in our sessions to your needs and preferences.
This is a done-with-you course, not a done for you course. While some Dietitians and Nutritionists run similar programs where you're told what to eat, this is different in that I'll give you general information about nutrition and you can implement it according to you tastes, lifestyle and preferences.
