I’m Erin.

An experienced and accredited Dietitian. Over the years, I’ve worked with babies one-month-old to adults one hundred years old, providing advice on cow’s milk intolerance, malnutrition, tube feeds and many more topics.

I’ve worked with people suffering debilitating conditions like cancer, MS and Parkinsons and had client after client come through my doors for IBS advice. However, through my own struggles with weight gain and body image, my real passion is helping people find joy in food again after years of dieting.  

My attraction to becoming a Dietitian was my love of food; cooking it, growing it, and of course, eating it. Helping people find joy in food again after lifelong food restrictions motivates me to continue helping others. 


Consultation Process 


1. Identify the problem

Like anything in life, you can’t fix something if you don’t first know why it’s broken. In the same way, we can’t help people achieve their health goals without first understanding the cause of their problems.

2. Goal Setting

It’s hard to get somewhere if you don’t know where you’re going. In our sessions, we set clear, achievable and realistic goals to help our clients navigate their way to better health.

3. Educate and Empower

Our process is all about creating sustainable results. Improving peoples food literacy empowers them to take control of their health and change behaviours.

4. Monitor & Adapt

Plans change, life gets in the way and behaviour change is hard. We have regular review sessions to adapt and change goals as needed.
