We're delving into the neuroscience behind behaviour change right from the start. Skipping these lessons is the reason I see so many people stay stuck in the same cycle.
Because you're DONE with band-aid fixes (and so am I) I'm giving you the mindset tips and tools you need to make sure you can confidently maintain everything you've learned in this course.
