We all need food, right? But for most of us, planning and cooking meals for the week is a chore.
As a non-diet and weight-inclusive dietitian, I help women create simple food prep systems to reduce their mental load and rekindle their love of food.
Like many, I've had my share of battles with food - obsessing over calories, feeling guilty for enjoying my favourite foods, and wishing I could eat without the drama.
Using my no-nonsense, back-to-basics approach (that looks beyond just nutrition), I've helped hundreds of women shift from dreading their next meal to actually being excited to reopen their cookbooks.

You're still more than welcome to join. While we won't be going into any specific nutrition advice for allergies and intolerances, you can tailor the information in our sessions to your needs and preferences.
While some Dietitian's and Nutritionists run similar programs where you're told what to eat, this is different in that I'll give you general information about nutrition and you can implement it according to you tastes, lifestyle and preferences.
