DAY 2
Implement my simple 3 step strategy to reduce emotional eating (even on your most stressful days)
Unpack the misconceptions behind emotional eating and learn straight-forward, actionable steps you can implement everyday to feel less chaotic around food
Outcome: Walk away with the step by step strategy I use with clients and a handful of new tools you can use to cope with emotional triggers without immediately (and reactively) turning to food

Life Beyond Diets will be held on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd October
It's all virtual held via Zoom sessions - we'll also have a private community space for anyone participating to share their thoughts, wins and progress across the four days and the week following
No problem. All sessions will be recorded and uploaded to our private community where they will remain available until the 30th October. If you can't make a session and have questions, you can submit these to the private community chat to be answering the session.
Yes. While some people will be able to take the information from the 3-day event and implement everything on their own, most will need further support to unpack their food and body stories - that's where I come in.
We'll actually book in a post event call (before the event) to ensure you have space to ask any questions and learn what support can look like for the next 3-6 months months
Of course! You'll be able to interact as much or as little as you like in our safe, and inclusive private community. I'll also make sure everyone has the opportunity to ask questions in our live event sessions.
The minimum time you need to invest is the 75min sessions across the 3 days (so 4ish hours total). However the more time you can invest in doing the recommended activities and interacting in the community the more you'll get out of the event!
