HI, I’M YOUR COACH

ACCREDITED PRACTISING DIETITIAN

Over my eight years practising as a Dietitian I’ve seen a lot. But the thing I couldn’t ignore any longer was the rampant weight stigma and fat bias in our healthcare system. 

I’ve spent years unlearning my traditional weight centred approach to nutrition counselling to now adopt a weight inclusive non diet approach.

What does that mean?

I don’t weight my clients, I don’t recommend boring meal plans, and I don’t make judgements about your appearance. 

I’m an ex dieter and binge eater who now has a healthy relationship with food and I’m passionate about helping you achieve the same food freedom in your life.

What can I expect from this course?

The diet ditchers academy is designed to help people move away from dieting and restrictive food behaviours. As well as help people to feel less anxious and fearful around food and eating. The course provides general information and uses the 10 principles of Intutive eating to help you tune back into your internal body wisdom while drowning out the unhelpful messages of diet culture. Each week you’ll gain access to a new video explaining 1-2 Intutive eating principles as well as worksheets and tips to start implementing each principle.

What if I want to lose weight?

To be completely clear, weight loss is not the goal of intuitive eating. If you desire to lose weight, we completely understand, please book a discovery call with Erin to discuss and explore your options.

Who will benefit from the course?

Anyone who feels guilt, shame, anxiety, fear or other negative emotions around food and eating. Anyone who needs support around emotional eating or overeating. Anyone who knows diets don’t work however feels the need to lose weight in order to be healthy and is stressed at the thought. Anyone with disordered eating habits; from restricting food groups, counting calories or an obsession with food.

What if I have a medical condition?

While you will learn general information from this course you may benefit from tailored advice to suit your specific health needs. You may prefer to look at our food freedom program or discuss private 1:1 coaching with Erin.
