If you’re anything like the old me, you’ve probably spent years thinking your binge eating is a personal failing.
A lack of willpower. A weakness. An embarrassing “you” problem you should be able to fix on your own.
So you keep it quiet. You promise yourself you’ll do better tomorrow. You try to regain control. And the whole thing becomes exhausting.
I know how vulnerable it can feel to admit that food feels out of control, let alone ask for help with it.
That’s exactly why I created Food Chaos to Calm. A supportive, guided way to understand what’s actually driving your eating, learn how to respond differently, and start feeling calmer around food, without needing 1:1 support to do the work.
I’ve helped hundreds of women move out of the guilt, restriction and “I’ve blown it” cycle and feel more in control around food.
And I’d love to help you do the same.

I really enjoyed listening to other women's stories, opinions, and thoughts and knowing I'm not alone in all of this. The program was great and informative without the pressure. It was simple, straightforward and no BS. Just small bite sized tips on how we can make our lives better with the capacity we have
For me, as a woman, growing up with a negative attachment to food, it's really lonely, and attached with so much shame. One of the best things about doing this program was not having such a lonely journey, you're able to connect with other woman and reduce the shame.
The other thing I really liked was having a program I signed up to, where I've been accountable to show up for one hour a week for myself for a three-month period. It has been helpful to show up for myself.
No. When you join Food Chaos to Calm, you’ll have access to Erin for six weeks in our live interactive group sessions, where you can ask any questions.
We’ll meet virtually every Tuesday at 6pm (AEDT), starting 26th October - Dec 6th. If you miss a session, no worries—all sessions are recorded and uploaded to your content hub, where you watch when you’re ready. If you have questions but can’t attend live, email me at hello@balanceandbite.com.au, and I’ll answer them during the session.
To get the most out of the program, I'd recommend investing two hours a week, spread across listening to/watching the pre-recorded lesson and attending the LIVE coaching session
Food Chaos to Calm combines evidence-based strategies with practical experience to address the roots of binge eating. It offers a structured, step-by-step approach incorporating techniques I’ve honed over a decade of supporting humans to stop binge eating.
Yes. The six-week program is designed to help you understand your binge eating and start applying the tools and strategies I use with my clients. Some of you will notice a significant reduction in binge eating after 6 weeks; however, for others, they may need more than 6 weeks. Either way, you will have the information, tools and resources required to help you stop bingeing.
The next LIVE round runs from 26th Oct- 6th December
The first LIVE coaching call is Tuesday 27th October 6pm AED
Imagine six weeks from now having not just a bunch of cool strategies to help you stop binge eating but also a jam-packed emotional coping toolkit—so even on your hardest days, you have other tools than food to rely on.
By the end of Food Chaos to Calm, you won’t only have the tools to stop binge eating - you’ll also walk away feeling empowered, enlightened, and excited to live your life without the constant (and annoying) critical inner food police voice.
This is so much more than another binge eating course - it’s a mindset reset on how you think about and respond to hunger, emotions and food (for life)!
